should kill anything starting with four or more capitals, which (I hope)
should let POD: postings through.  Something a bit fancier is

/^[^\[][^P][A-Z][A-Z][A-Z]/

which, if I've got it right, will cancel all-caps subjects *except*
those that start with [P for [POD:]
